Jeff Hohman joined All American Associates in June 1997 following his service in the United States Army. Rising through the organization, he spent sixteen years as an Account Manager, earning multiple industry honors including Salesman of the Year for Icom America, Multiplier Industries, and Wireless Supply.
In November 2013, Jeff acquired All American Associates from Carroll Williams, becoming just the third President in the company’s 43-year history. Since then, he has led the strategic growth and modernization of AAA, expanding its market presence and strengthening its position as one of the premier manufacturers’ representative firms serving the wireless infrastructure industry.
Jeff resides in Sykesville, Maryland with his wife and three boys. Outside of work, he enjoys coaching youth sports and spending time on the golf course.

Michael Harvey joined All American Associates in 2010 after getting his career started in the wireless communications industry with Verizon Wireless. With industry experience and a degree in Business Administration Michael has used his skills to establish, build, and maintain relationships throughout his carrer. After 10 years of hard work as an Account Manager with All American Assoicates, he took the next step and is now a Partner, where he continues to be very enthusiastic, responsive, and utilizes whatever resources are needed to bring successful results to his customers and business. Michael resides in Ruther Glen, Virginia with his wife Megan and enjoys traveling, cooking, home brewing, and scuba diving in his free time.

Gordon joined All American Associates in 2021 and brings more than 10 years experience as a Sales Manager in the wireless infrastructure space. With an ability to understand business needs and translate them to technical solutions, he thrives on building relationships with his customer base. Gordon resides outside of Philadelphia with his wife and three sons and is an avid golfer.

Ray is a 30 year wireless industry veteran with past experience in engineering and sales at Nextel, AT&T, Powerwave, and Andrew. Ray has been involved with all aspects of cell site design, build, and optimization for various 2G, 3G, 4G, and 5G build-outs in the New England region. Ray has a Bachelor of Science degree from WPI in Worcester, MA and has been a partner with Intertek Group since 2010. Ray lives in Plainville, MA with his family of four.
His interest include: music, attending concerts, playing drums, hunting, fishing, home-brewing/distilling, skiing, gardening.
